1) WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Some orders may be fulfilled through our trusted fulfilment partners and may be dispatched from outside Australia (including South Korea). This allows us to provide authentic, curated Korean beauty products directly to our customers.

2) ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Our typical handling time is 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3) SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): $7.95 AUD

  • Free Shipping on orders over $55 AUD

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order total after discounts and excludes gift cards unless otherwise stated.

4) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors.

5) TRACKING

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6) SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately due to product availability or fulfilment logistics.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

7) SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

If you request Authority to Leave (e.g., “leave at door”), you accept responsibility for any loss or theft after delivery.

8) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Some orders may be shipped from South Korea.

Customs processing may occur, and any applicable import duties, taxes, or carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9) DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • carrier delays

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions

  • peak periods (sales events, holidays)

  • logistics disruptions

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist.

10) LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

A) Damaged items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We will assess and assist accordingly.

B) Marked as delivered but not received

Please:

  • check around your property or safe place

  • check with household members or neighbours

If still not located, contact us with your order number and we will assist with an investigation.

C) Lost in transit

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
