This policy applies to purchases made on MEFORM.LAB and delivered within Australia.

1) Overview

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains:

  • our change-of-mind return options (our voluntary store policy), and

  • your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for items that are faulty, not as described, or have a problem.

2) Change-of-mind returns (voluntary store policy)

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • the product is unused and unopened, with seals intact (where applicable),

  • it is in original packaging, and

  • you can provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

Important (hygiene & safety):
Because we sell skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with.

What you’ll receive:
If your change-of-mind return is approved, we will refund the product price paid. Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping cost:
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you return items from an order that originally qualified for a free-shipping offer, and the remaining kept items would no longer meet the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from the refund (this does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under ACL).

3) Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • opened/used/unsealed skincare or personal care products (hygiene),

  • gift cards,

  • free gifts/promotional items,

  • clearance/final-sale items (for change-of-mind).

Note: This section does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or has a problem.

4) Damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your item:

  • arrives damaged in transit,

  • is faulty/defective,

  • is incorrect, or

  • something is missing,

please contact us at support@meformlab.com with:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos (and a short video if helpful) showing:

    • the item(s),

    • the packaging, and

    • the shipping label.

Timing:
To help us investigate quickly with our fulfilment partners and carriers, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 14 days of delivery for delivery-related damage/issues. This request is for efficient handling and does not limit your rights under ACL.

5) Remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If an item has a problem, we may ask for the item to be returned or assessed before providing a remedy.

6) Return shipping costs for faulty items

  • If the product has a problem covered by ACL and a return is required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide a prepaid return option where available).

  • If the product does not have a problem and the return is accepted under our change-of-mind policy, return shipping is paid by the customer.

7) How to request a return

To start a return, email support@meformlab.com with:

  • your order number,

  • the product(s) you want to return, and

  • the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • return instructions,

  • and the Australian return address (and a return label if applicable).

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

8) Refund processing times

Once we receive and inspect your return (or once a refund is approved without a return, where appropriate), refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9) Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges for change-of-mind.
If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or other remedy as required under ACL.
